Both weekly subscriptions and one off orders normally arrive the week after setting up your direct debit or placing your order. Our mission is to make eating organically more accessible. Through working with farmers directly, paying them the price they need to sustain their farms, and finding surplus deals, we are able to sell our fresh produce at some of the lowest prices in Bristol. We are also proud to be the first in the uk to take the step to go electric with our delivery vans.
Offering a wide selection of popular veg box and meat alternative options, its easy and simple to set up a weekly subscription. You can also browse our extensive online shop and create your own bespoke box from scratch each week.
Don’t forget to place your orders by Sunday morning for delivery the following Wednesday. We can add in any daily essentials like bread, milk and eggs; wholefoods, pantry or chilled items; plus personal care or household cleaning products of your choice. We have minimal plastic use, but will provide entirely plastic free boxes if requested. Email us at [email protected] with your requirements.
How to set up a weekly veg box subscription with Matter Wholefoods.

Browse through our range of fruit and veg box subscriptions.

Decide which type of box you want (fruit and veg/veg only/fruit only).

Click on the size you require (small/medium/large).

You will then be directed to a secure payment platform (GoCardless) to input your bank details and set up a weekly direct debit to Matter Wholefoods.

Fill out the subscription form and you’re done! You will receive your selected box every Wednesday and payments will be debited automatically from your account each week.

Order a one-off box
Perfect if you want try out one of our Matter Boxes before you sign up to our weekly subscription service. You can add in any extras to your box from our range of online products.
*Our Veg Box deliveries NORMALLY take place on Wednesdays, however due to current circumstances Cut of Now is 11am Sunday. Any sign ups or orders after this time will be delivered the following week. Please ensure your first payment is made by Sunday 11am to receive your delivery that week. We will be spreading deliveries throughout thw week. We will be in contact with your delivery day once its been booked in. Payments received after this point will result in your veg box being delivered the following week. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify GoCardless and Matter Wholefoods. Your payments through GoCardless are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Our delivery routes cover the following post codes: BS1, BS2, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS9 & BS16, (Fishponds, Stapleton, Staple Hill, Downend only). If you live outside of these postcodes and are interested in a box, please email us and we will let you know if delivery is available in your area.
